This sure sounds way too serious.  But when you take few minutes to think about the geological locations of South Africa where coast areas are often attacked by strong winds that could become dangerous to fishers and low-lying inland areas where the hot north, have lengthy droughts, then highland areas often suffer intense electrical and rainstorms.  If the weather forecast report extreme weather, a lot of citizens will need to be evacuated and will effect a lot to the economy.
