yea, babies n toddlers should be well guarded and always hold their hands* f% ^) y/ f" p
or put them in a stroller, when at public places. Let them run freely, put themtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb i" E- Q8 [; A( f
in high risk of hurting themselves. Cos, young kids they just too curious with! L% V/ t% M" @; d# ]# p
everything and they do not understand what is wrong or danger.
