有一些..因為網路地域問題..7 i& u/ Y' Y7 p: d& j& f5 h
想快點也不能..
有一些..可能是機私setting 問題..
例如軟件使用不當..

I use cable instead of WIFI, and the upload rate put it down to 30.Now this is faster and more steady.

上传大概开网路速度的80%
因为BT是你用多少，就要传多少

你先去测速吧。看看你的连接速度是否正常。如果正常就是setting问题。
