The question is not very clear, are you asking if the charges for local is reasonable or charges for the tourists is too expensive ? Or both ?

Why 2 prices, think tourist stupid or loaded with money? Hong Kong tourist areas, local and tourist pay the same fare, like trams going up to signal hill, or cable cars to Buddha hill.

如果到了山顶，可以有一杯 OLD TOWN 热咖啡加叉烧角,那是可以接受的，我想比较难咯！
