I am wondering Western Countries more open on sex is on the right way or not. These countries are so open that renting a blue movie is not a crime, 10 years ago there are sex movie theaters now don't see them, because you can go and rent a DVD and watch at home. No like Spore and Malaysia when there is a blue movie show secretly and someone keep an eye on policemen. Rape crime is not committed every day in Vancouver. Here, Government don't encourage the teenagers to get marry young and also advise them to have safe sex. The penalty is so tough and yet people still commit the crime. Well, like the Chinese saying " same kind of rice feed 100 different kinds of people".
