Hey, DuorChan, have you heard of the saying "drunk as the parrot". The ripen berries on the umbrella tree have a high sugar content, after a couple of days, the sugar turns into alcohol, the rainbow lorikeets love them, after munching a few, they starts squeaking, and walking funny. Perhaps we can give the berries a try sometime.

Thank norman.ho for your information about the relation between drunk parrot and umbrella tree

. I do realise the rainbow lorikeets love licking the ripen berries, which I didn't know why, but I do now. I also wonder what happen if we give those berries a try someday. By the way, I really appreciate you taking the time to view and comment.

Very nice photos, somehow you can sometimes hand-feed these lovely rainbow lorikeets because they don't afraid of human normally!
